System preferences
This site operates best using a minimum Pentium II 300MHz with 256Mb RAM, 1GB disk and a screen resolution of 800 x 600, using Internet Explorer 5.5 or Netscape Navigator 4.7.5 or 4.7.7. Apple Macintosh users will need to upgrade to IE 5.1.
If you are already registered with us, you may sign in using your Username and Password. If you are a new user, you will need to register your details and create your own unique Username and Password. Click on the Register here button on the Home page, and complete the information requested. You will only be required to register on the site once. Registration is quick and simple and completely free.
External organisations can obtain a copy of the guidance/instruction manual from the help panel of the supplier home page once they have registered on the site.
If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgotten Password? Button on the Home Page and follow the on-screen instructions. Your personal details are confidential.
In most circumstances, documents on our site will be Word (.doc), Excel (.xls), Adobe Acrobat (.pdf) and Drawings (.dwf) documents. Attached documents may also be zipped (.zip) to speed up transmission.
The frequently asked questions (FAQ) page provides answers to some of the more routine queries raised. If however, the FAQ page cannot resolve your query, please use the Contact Us tab and contact the relevant person.
